Cultures on Film offers the following Returns Policy: All products returned for exchange must include the original packaging All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to CULTURESonFILM.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. If a promotional free item came with the product, that must be returned as well or the customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
